    The homes must be located in the Ukiah city limits and not within a floodplain. Before using the funds, health and safety issues and code violations must be addressed.

    Note: All improvements must be completed by a Licensed General Contractor. In good standing with the California State Contractor's License Board (CSLB).

Renter-Occupied Landlord-Owned Units: restricting the leasing of units to households with gross annual incomes not exceeding the limits below, including the leasing of units wit h section 8 Housing Choice Voucher or Project Based Voucher assistance.
